Melina Kanakaredes

Melina Kanakaredes (born May 25, 1970) is an American actress who is best known for portraying the role of detective Stella Bonasera on CBS's police procedural drama CSI: NY, Dr. Sydney Hansen and Lane Hunter respectively on NBC's Providence drama and The Resident's medical thriller The Resident. She also received acclaim for her bold television debut as Eleni Andros Cooper in the CBS soap series Guiding Light. 15 Minutes Percy Jackson and The Olympians The Lightning Thief and Snitch are one of her most well-known films roles. The Wheel of Life, written by Elisabeth Kubler Ross and adapted to a movie with Vlas Parlapanides (the duo who came up with Immortals) Immortals) is said to be in production. The actress is also working on a new television series titled Gods & Heroes.
